Represent the Home Credit brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer
? Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
? Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
? Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
? Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
? Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
? Handling customer query and complaint
? Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.
? Maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company?s benchmark.
Desired Profile:
? 10+2 pass out with 9 months of experience in Sales
? Graduate with 9 months of experience in sales
? Basic computer knowledge
? Clear speech, Can communicate with customer
? Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
